The seller and contracting party for purchases of digital content and Dr Saadi Klubi membership is OÜ Süsivesik.

• Saadi Academy sells online courses, webinar recordings, PDF guides and Dr Saadi Klubi membership.
• Courses are currently sold only on an interest-registration (waiting list) basis: submitting interest is not a confirmed purchase and does not include a specific start date. Purchase confirmation and the product's opening are communicated in a separate email.
• Registration and ticket sales for live webinars take place on the third-party platform Fienta, whose terms of use apply in addition to these terms.
• The exact content and scope of a product are described on the product page or in the confirmation email.

• Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Club member discount (Baas -30% on paid webinars and short courses, flagship course "Ainevahetuse Kood" at the member price of 297 €; Pluss gets all paid webinars (past recordings and future ones) included, -50% on short courses and the flagship course at the member price of 297 €) applies to purchases made while the club membership is active. The discount is determined at the moment of purchase. A product already bought at the discounted price remains valid even if the membership later ends; purchases made after the membership has ended do not receive the discount.
• Recurring Dr Saadi Klubi membership payments (card and SEPA) are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). Membership can be cancelled with one click in your account; access remains until the end of the paid period. Membership can be paused for 1–3 months: no charges and no access during the pause.
• Purchases are paid for using the payment provider Montonio (a payment-processing account held by OÜ Süsivesik). Montonio receives only the order number, amount and a neutral description needed to confirm the purchase – the product name or other substantive information is not sent to Montonio.
• Access to purchased digital content opens after payment is confirmed.

For some products, Montonio may offer an instalment (financing) option. In that case the credit agreement is concluded between the buyer and the credit provider selected via Montonio; OÜ Süsivesik is not a lender or credit intermediary and does not intermediate consumer credit. The lender's name and credit terms (including APR or example payments) are not stated in this document – they are shown on Montonio's platform before the agreement is concluded. Withdrawal and refunds are governed only by section 4: within 14 days we refund the full amount unconditionally, even if the content has already been used.

4.1. Refund and access terms for digital content

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a digital product (online course, webinar recording, PDF guide, individual material) within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason and without any additional conditions. The amount is refunded in full to the original payment method no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received.
• To withdraw, it is enough to email kursused@synage.ee stating the order number or the buyer's email address.
• Access to purchased digital content becomes available after payment is confirmed and remains valid for 1 (one) year from the purchase date, unless a different access period is stated for the specific product.
• OÜ Süsivesik does not issue a certificate, diploma or any other official qualification document for completing courses, webinars or guides.
• Courses are currently sold on an interest-registration (waiting list) basis. Specific start dates or immediate access to content are not promised unless stated separately on the product page or in the confirmation email.
• If the buyer has substantially consumed the content during the withdrawal period, this does not limit the 14-day refund right – the refund is still given without conditions.
• Registration and payment for live webinar events take place through the third-party platform Fienta; such purchases are additionally governed by Fienta's own terms of use.
• Complaints and refund requests are handled by email at kursused@synage.ee. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the consumer disputes committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

4.2. Dr Saadi Klubi membership terms

• Dr Saadi Klubi membership is a recurring monthly or annual subscription that provides access to club content for as long as the membership is active.
• The first membership payment is also covered by the unconditional 14-day refund right described above for digital content.
• A member may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year); amounts already paid for that period are not refunded, but access to club content continues until the end of the period.
• OÜ Süsivesik may change the membership fee by giving members at least 30 days' notice; a member who disagrees with the change may cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.
• No certificate or diploma is issued for consuming club content.

Saadi Academy content (courses, webinars, PDF guides, Dr Saadi Klubi materials) is educational and informational. It is not personal medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and does not replace a doctor's appointment. Saadi Academy does not provide healthcare services.

OÜ Süsivesik does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the educational content (e.g. a change in health, weight or other metrics).

OÜ Süsivesik does not issue a certificate, diploma or any other official qualification document for completing courses, webinars or guides.

• All content sold (videos, texts, PDF guides, materials) belongs to OÜ Süsivesik or is used lawfully.
• The buyer receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content for their own personal use.
• Copying, distributing, publishing, reworking the content, sharing access with third parties or commercial use without OÜ Süsivesik's written permission is prohibited.
• If the licence terms are breached, OÜ Süsivesik may suspend access to the content.

• Complaints and refund requests are handled by email at kursused@synage.ee.
• If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the consumer disputes committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).
• Consumers residing in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Estonian law applies; the competent court is Harju County Court unless law provides otherwise.

OÜ Süsivesik may change these terms. The updated version is published on the website and takes effect upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. A purchase already made is governed by the version valid at the time of purchase.
